These submissions are periodically reviewed throughout the week by ONLY Nick Lopez and Todd Roberts. Nick and Todd may take the feedback and coordinate with the operations and chauffeur teams from there, but only Nick and Todd receive the submissions from the requesting employee. Feedback provided in passing, in verbal or text communication, that is not submitted through this form may not be seen, remembered or be prioritized. We encourage all of our employees to use this form to be sure that the feedback is reviewed by Nick and Todd.
